VERNCO TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED In 1979, the Company��s managers transferred to and worked for the Taiwan Pigeon a joint venture formed by Holy Industries Limited and a Japanese firm, Tokyo Pigeon. Tri-honor Limited (��Company��) was incorporated in 1987 under the Hong Kong Company Ordinance and is a member of the Vernco Group Limited which was incorporated in British Virgin Islands. The Company��s manufacturing operation commenced in 1989 with the establishment of Chungtse Electronic Factory in Shenzhen City, People Republic of China, mainly producing and assembling cassette tape deck mechanisms used in cassette recorders. With the increase demand of AV product, Vernco Technology Limited was incorporated in 2002. It is the Research and Development(R&D) house of Tri-Honor Ltd., whose R&D and manufacture focus on DIVX HDD Player series products.
